He is a certified property manager and a licensed Ohio real estate salesperson. His specialties include facility management audit and consulting.

For nearly 30 years, he has been one of greater Cleveland’s most prominent and respected commercial brokers, tenant representatives and strategic real estate counselors.

Joseph P. Fegen
Joe is both a licensed Ohio real estate salesperson and a licensed attorney in Ohio and Colorado. Fegen has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience.
Ann Belliveau
Property Manager
Ann is responsible for the property and construction management of our downtown properties which encompass approximately 1.1 million square feet of office and retail space. She works directly with the ownership to develop short-term and long-range plans and operating budgets for all of the properties with the goal of creating a return on the owners’ initial investment.
Janet Durana
Properties and Client Services Coordinator
Janet is involved in the marketing and leasing efforts to develop presentations and tools to better position the company. She also assists with the development and maintenance of databases, research and runs financial models.
Leasie Young
Assistant Property Accountant
Leasie is responsible for the day-to-day and monthly accounting operations for multiply properties. Leasie handles accounts receivable and accounts payable duties as well as the financial monthly reporting for her assigned facilities.
Mike Corcoran
Staff Accountant
Mike is responsible for the monthly accounting operations, setting up new properties, and system maintenance. He assists Rebecca and the property managers to complete all annual and monthly financial reporting.
Rebecca Simone
Accounting Manager
Rebecca is responsible for the financial management of over two million square feet of real estate for our clients. She works closely with the owners and our property managers to complete all annual and monthly financial reporting including accounts receivables, accounts payables and cash management.
Ruth Flannery
Real Estate Property Coordinator
Ruth is responsible for coordinating the project management assignments including keeping the projects on time and within budget. She is invaluable in her role as a research assistant for the historic tax credits of the historic theatres and redevelopment of area properties as a destination.
Steve Fisher
Facilities Operations Manager
Steve is responsible for the facility operations of approximately two million square feet of office, retail, medical and warehouse space in the northern Ohio market. Steve currently supervises a staff of 14 maintenance technicians and he is involved in developing operational budgets and long-term capital plans.
Tiffin Bak
Administrative Assistant
Tiffin provides support services to the property management staff and coordinates tenant requests for service with the maintenance team. Tiffin is also involved in the development of property management systems to streamline processes for timeliness and efficiencies.
Zelda Kendall
Assistant Property Accountant
Zelda is responsible for the day-to-day and monthly accounting operations for multiple properties which includes accounts receivables and payables, and providing the support necessary for timely monthly financial reporting to the owners.
