Jim is responsible for the facility operations of approximately two million square feet of office, retail, medical and warehouse space in the northern Ohio market. He currently supervises a staff of 14 maintenance technicians and is involved in developing operational budgets and long-term capital plans. Jim has been instrumental in evaluating building systems and developing cost savings plans for our clients. He is always evaluating costs to determine the most fiscally responsible approach while maintaining quality service for our clients. Jim oversees and conducts monthly training to ensure safety for our maintenance team. Jim has more than 35 years of experience in the skilled trades and is a retired Coast Guard Officer. He is well-versed in building operations and personnel management, bringing together a group of highly skilled technicians to meet the demands or our clients.
