Our direct experience includes arranging financing for the Hanna Building, the Bulkley Building, IdeaCenter, 1309 Euclid Avenue and 1317 Euclid Avenue and the Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square. All of these projects utilized historic tax credits. The acquisition of the Middough Building, which is master leased to Cleveland State University, is financed through bonds.
